Like those air freshener commercials remind us, we all go “nose blind.” Unfortunately, this happens at church, too. It is easy to get used to the sights, smells, and experiences that might be turning guests away from your church long before the first song or the sermon.

Before we arrive at your campus, we will assess your website, social media strategy, and even office staff hospitality. We analyze what information people find before they are first-time guests.
While we are visiting, we take a close look at your worship facility, physical campus, ministry areas, and more. We will appear as first-time guests to your support staff and volunteers.
After we complete our visit, we will prepare a written report with over 90 points of evaluation and discuss the results on a video conference with your staff and leadership, or via an optional follow-up visit on-site.
